The Little Blue Penguin colony offers viewing opportunities nightly, They come in every night at dusk, with daily times available at our Motel office.

Oamaru is also the Gateway to the Waitaki & Southern Lakes District, Snow capped Mountains, Ski Fields, Queenstown & Wanaka. Visit Waitaki River, Lake Aviemore, Benmore Dam and much more. We love to go camping up the lakes.
